1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sarang AI, operated by Sarang System ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sarang AI is an AI operations platform that provides automation tools for content generation, multi-domain posting, and network management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not abuse the API or automation tools in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• You retain all rights to the content you generate, but grant us license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Usage Limits & Billing

Service usage is subject to the limits of your selected subscription plan. Overage fees may apply if limits are exceeded. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sarang System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.
